80th Holy Convocation
& 70th IYFC Convention

We’re excited to assist you in booking your airfare for the 2024 80th WOTCC Holy Convocation! We hope to make this a seamless and easy process, but we need your help to make this a success!

Each individual ages 3 and older traveling to Convocation MUST complete the form below by May 25, 2024!

So far, we have received most flight requests for – 

  • DMV (BWI, DCA, IAD) 
  • Charlotte, NC 
  • Columbia, SC
  • Philadelphia, PA

Below are items to keep in mind while preparing to book your airfare for Convocation. We pray that you find the information useful. 

REMINDERS:

  • Airfare changes daily based on flight industry supply and demand 
  • United, Delta and American Airlines travel directly to Mobile, AL from most major cities
  • Southwest Airlines only flies to Birmingham, AL, which is a 3 hour drive to Mobile, while Spirit and Frontier airlines do not fly to Alabama

TRAVELING FROM THE DMV (BWI, DCA, IAD):

  • If you wish to fly direct (no layovers) United is the only airline offering non-stop flights from Dulles (IAD) to Mobile, AL
  • Two weeks ago flights were averaging $500-600+ round trip from IAD; as of today (3/22), flights have decreased to $265-450 round trip to Mobile, AL
  • There are no non-stop flights from BWI & DCA; these flights are averaging $400-600 round trip to Mobile, AL

TRAVELING FROM CHARLOTTE, NC:

  • American is the only airline offering non-stop flights from Charlotte Douglas International (CLT) to Mobile, AL
  • As of today (3/22), flights are averaging $280-410 round trip to Mobile, AL

TRAVELING FROM COLUMBIA, SC:

  • There are no direct flights from Columbia, SC to Mobile AL
  • As f today (3/22), American & Delta flights are averaging $400-470 round trip to Mobile, AL 

TRAVELING FROM PHILADELPHIA:

  • There are no direct flights from Philadelphia, PA to Mobile, AL
  • As of today (3/22), flights are averaging $300-450 round trip via American & Delta airlines

We have partnered with United and Delta Airlines and were blessed to receive discount codes that you may use to book your flight independently. Unfortunately, American Airlines no longer offers discount codes.
